Join the EKO! association

The EKO! association supports positive and innovative projects that link ecology and solidarity. It fosters individual and collective growth and resilience while respecting nature and cultures. We invite you to join the association and agree to its bylaws to support the projects we undertake. Joining EKO! means becoming a member of the association and showing your support! Detailed description below. Thank you🙏

What’s the point of joining EKO!?

  • to symbolically show your support for the actions and values of the association (consistency, sobriety, empowerment, openness)
  • to formalize your membership
  • to stay informed
  • to be invited to the Annual General Meeting
  • to be insured as an active member
  • to contribute to the funding while making good use of your taxes (2/3 of the membership fee is tax-deductible)
  • to encourage other funders, even in the case of free membership
  • To support the cause, the beneficiaries, the actions, show your commitment to the projects and encourage the team to continue to be involved in carrying it out!

Membership is pay-what-you-want, meaning you decide the amount of your contribution. It’s about conscious participation. Reflecting on the amount helps you recognize the true value of the association’s work and how much you want to contribute. It’s also a membership model that allows everyone to join us.

Here are some points to help you choose the amount of your membership:

These actions are made possible primarily through the incredible dedication of countless people , both on the ground and behind the scenes, responding to calls for projects, recruiting and welcoming new volunteers, building partnerships, and many other tasks. They may not necessarily appear on your receipts, but they represent a vital investment for EKO!

Upcycling and mutual aid are very low-tech! Most of the premises, tools, materials, food, vehicles, etc., used by EKO! are donations and free loans. Since 2018, this has meant: over 15,000 beneficiaries, over 13,000 low-tech systems manufactured or repaired, 93% of materials sourced from upcycling and recycling, and 3 intervention areas! This wouldn’t have been possible without your immense support from the community.🙏

To advance the EKO! initiative, there are still monetary expenses , whether to sustain its impact, support the teams and offer them better conditions of engagement, or for certain purchases!

A small scale of what your membership fee would make possible:

⚡ With €10, an exiled person can make their own survival kit: external battery, hand warmers, phone repair kit, etc.

⚡ With €30, an exiled person can participate in a low-tech discovery workshop: solar cooking, sewing, repairing their bicycle, etc.

⚡ For between €100 and €1000, an exiled person participates in a professional and certified training course lasting from 1 week to 1 month.

Welcome to this solidarity and ecological adventure!

Joining EKO! allows actions to have a greater impact!
By becoming a member of EKO!, you acknowledge the statutes of the association and become a full member.
